At Web2Open this week, Chris Messina showed me a new Google Reader Theme authored by the fabulous Jon Hicks.
Jon published the CSS (re-)style sheet, and I whipped up an Apollo-based variant, which makes use of Jon's work and an app icon from Mayosoft Studios:
Install /GoogR/, a Google Reader app: GoogR.air (228 KB)
Get it now!
(You'll need the Adobe Apollo runtime first.)
(BTW GoogR rhymes with Flickr.)
If anybody at Adobe reads this, care to send me a copy of Flex Builder 2? I'm currently a low income grad student who likes to hack good luckystuffs :)
Write me,
hi there, your GoogR is not working anymore with the current AiR runtime (Beta 1) -- do you care to update?
thanks!
This application could not be installed or launched (AIR file /Users/z3cko/Desktop/GoogR.air is invalid: This application requires a version of the Adobe Integrated Runtime (AIR) which is no longer supported. Please contact the application author for an updated version.).
Are you planning on opening the source code for Googr? You might get some free maintenance.
BTW.. nice Drupal site :)
Googr is a Google reader
Googr is a Google reader application sent in by Leslie. It is an Apollo app, so you'll have to download both the Apollo run time and the air file. cheap airline tickets. If a on-line Flex version was there, it would have been given more serious consideration.
